- The domain name https://www.ziviews.com, along with all its subdomains and sister websites (“Website”), are owned and operated by ZiViews, having its office at 28B, Silver Springs Layout, Sacred Heart Road, TC Palya, KR Puram, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560036, India., where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, partners, officers, agents and their successors and assigns (“Company”).
- For the purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), wherever the context so requires,
- The term ‘User’ shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. For the purposes of these Terms, the gender neutral term ‘it’ shall be used to refer to Users of all genders.
- The terms ‘Party’ & ‘Parties’ shall respectively be used to refer to the User and the Company individually and collectively, as the context so requires.

The Parties expressly agree that the Terms and Policy shall be governed by the laws, rules and regulations of India, and that the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
